| Minimum term | The subscription has a minimum term of three months from the agreed start date. |
| Payment | We issue a monthly invoice for the agreed subscription amount. Payment is usually due within three days of the invoice date. |
| Changes and pauses | Changes to quantity, meal type, pack size or delivery frequency should be requested at least seven days before the next scheduled delivery or production date. |
| Cancellation | After the three-month minimum term, you may cancel by giving at least 14 days’ notice by email to info@nikapetfood.com. |
